EastEnders spoilers have revealed that there is set to be more drama in Walford over the coming weeks, as Isaac Baptiste is told that Patrick Trueman is his real father. Viewers have known that Patrick is Isaac’s real father for a number of months now, but he as Sheree have been forced to keep it quiet as she doesn’t believe that he is ready for the revelation.
However, the secret will be on the verge of coming out next week as Isaac overhears a conversation at a party that leads him to question whether the father that he believes is his biological one really is. Sheree is finally forced to come clean, and there is an immediate backlash from Isaac, who is furious that the news has been kept from him for so long.

The party this past week was the beginning of the next phase of this storyline. Patrick’s drunken mishap during the celebrations was overheard by Isaac, and next week he will be demanding answered from his mother. Isaac only returned to Walford this year as he wanted to form a better relationship with his mother.
However, he was blissfully unaware that his now-married mother was hiding some huge news from him. Sheree and Patrick have been one of the most loved couples in Walford, but this latest development could see them heading for their first significant problem. Their relationship was tested previously as Denise thought that Sheree was having an affair.

However, it was revealed by Sheree that the accusations that she was having an affair were wide of the mark, and she was instead speaking mysteriously to her secret son. Patrick was stunned by the revelation, and was later confirmed to be his son. Isaac will be left stunned by the news, as he was the product of a fling between Sheree and Patrick while she was with her ex-husband.
When Isaac learns of the betrayal and that Patrick is his real father, he will be stunned. He always believed that his mother was faithful, and this will make him see her in a new light. He will be close to pushing away his mother for good, but could an intervention from Denise help their cause?
