Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson has been pumping us up for DC’s ‘Black Adam’ for a long time and it’s finally coming to fruition in front of our eyes thanks to his social media. He’s posted several updates over the last few months on social media.
Clips and photos have given us snippets and peeks at the upcoming film from Johnson’s perspective.
This week, he shared a photo of himself with ‘Black Adam’ compression shorts tellings us that he’s finished the filming for the film! Take a look at the caption below.

This is our final week of production for the filming of BLACK ADAM⚡️I can’t thank you guys enough for all your support.
Grateful. Truly.Almost two years of hard core, intense training, diet, character prep and execution.

Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson Goes Into The Final Week Of Production For DC’s ‘Black Adam’
He mentioned that it was nearly two years of prep including intense training, diet, character prep and execution. It’s been a long journey from the original teaser trailer at comic-con. We’re finally getting to the moment where we get to see Johnson in the black suit.
Hopefully, we’ll get to see him up against Henry Cavill’s Superman and Zachary Levi’s Shazam in the DCEU!
