It sounds like someone here is stuck in the middle. There are new reports that says Denise Richards’ husband Aaron Phyphers doesn’t like what’s going on between his wife and her ex-husband Charlie Sheen and their daughters Sami and Lola’s decision to move out of their household.
If that weren’t enough, it has also been reported that Charlie is no longer paying child support to Denise. This has all led Aaron to be very “heartbroken.”

“Aaron’s a kind man,” the source said. “He’s in a tough role, but he keeps his cool. He’s heartbroken because Denise is heartbroken that Charlie is pulling this after all she has done for him.”
The source added, “He’s upset because his wife is upset that Charlie is playing this game with the kids. Denise is heartbroken that Charlie has taken this road. She loves those kids.”
It was reported this week that a Los Angeles court ruled that Charlie no longer has to be child support to Denise since both of their daughters, Sami, 17, and Lola, 16, are now living with their father-full time. However, The Bold and the Beautiful star was not present for the hearing “because she is working out of state, which Charlie was well aware of,” says one source close to the situation.
“Denise was never served this court date,” the insider alleged. “[Charlie] did this on purpose. He filed [in December 2019] and he kept pushing the court date. Denise kept asking when the date was and he blew her off.”
So far Denise herself has not made any comments about the matter.
