Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen’s daughter Sami Sheen is taking out her frustrations on TikTok. The teenager says that she is now happier than ever before after claiming that she was “trapped” in an abusive home.
She made the shocking allegations in a viral TikTok earlier this week, but has since made the video private. Here’s what you need to know.
Denise Richards’ Daughter Sami Sheen Says She Was Trapped In An “Abusive” Home
Sami wrote in her emotional video: “1 year ago today: trapped in an abusive household, hated myself, would go days without eating or sleeping, insanely depressed, hated school, etc…”
She then added a “happier” video of herself and wrote; “now: finally moved out of the hell house, had a spiritual awakening, own 2 cats, happy single, full of self love, and dropped out of high school :).”
A source told Page Six that Sami was living with her mom last year. The teen posted a video in July stating that her mom tried to kick her out of her home. What’s more, the source added that Sami’s claims are part of her supposed teenage angst.
“Denise set normal rules that any parent would be setting,” the source said. “She’s a mom and a parent and there are rules. She didn’t want to follow the rules.”
The source added, “Charlie didn’t support implementing Denise’s rules. He has a different way of parenting and Sami decided to live with her dad. Denise loves her daughter very much and she’s saddened by the situation.”
So far Denise Richards herself has not made any comments about the matter.
