Claudia Jordan, a former “Deal or No Deal” model, is defending the other briefcase models, arguing that Meghan Markle’s claims about being “forced” to become a briefcase “bimbo” are untrue.
The “RHOA” alum appeared on “TMZ Live” on Wednesday and claimed she had no idea the Duchess of Sussex felt so poorly about appearing on the show and thought her criticisms of the other models were a little unfair. The models, in Meghan’s opinion, were “objectified” for their appearance and never allowed to demonstrate their intelligence.
Stacey Gardner, who passed the bar exam while she was on the show, is one of many briefcase models Claudia claims to have known.

However, as Claudia points out, it was no secret that they signed up for a modeling gig, and Meghan was obviously aware of that. The racist treatment Meghan received from the British press and from the Royal family, according to Claudia, was disgusting. However, the “Deal or No Deal” complaint is different. Claudia has a fantastic illustration of why Meghan is mistaken about this, and it involves strippers.
It looks like Markle may have been looking for a little more attention with her comments and belittling her past work. It was okay for her to do it then, but now all a sudden she claims to feel like a ‘bimbo’ and ‘forced’. I think Jordan saying something about it really shows that they knew what it was when they did it and you can’t go back now and claim that it was forced.
Markle sounds way off base with her claims, and it seems she’ll continue to be in the headlines for her comments. We wonder if others will join Jordan in defending the job.
