‘Days Of Our Lives’ (DOOL) spoilers show that recently, Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) discovered some compelling reasons to depart from Salem, if only briefly. Sarah decided to take the job offer that Rex Brady (Kyle Lowder) arranged for her in Chicago after divorcing Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) and learning she was expecting his child.
Many Days viewers were forced to wonder if Sarah had really left the program as a result.
According to the March 13 episode, Linsey Godfrey has been eliminated from the credits, which appears to corroborate her current departure. Naturally, Sarah Horton will return given the circumstances of her exit. That truth will eventually come out since Sarah has Xander’s baby in the oven.
However, since it’s still early in the pregnancy, Sarah just needs some time to process the news and get away from the Xander-related turmoil. It will be simpler for Sarah to make important choices and determine a course of action without Xander watching over her.

We all know how much Xander adores Sarah, and if he knew she was carrying his child, he would love her even more. It will be fascinating to see if, at some point, Xander locates Sarah in Chicago and receives the surprise of his life.
When the moment is right, Xander might arrive to find Sarah’s growing baby bump and realize he needs to put more effort into getting the family he wants. However, Sarah might unexpectedly appear in Salem later on, either very expectant or holding a newborn in her arms.
That would be yet another method for Xander to deal with the bombshell from “Days”! In any case, DOOL has concluded one part of the story, and Sarah will reportedly reside in Chicago off-screen until the next chapter starts.
