According to new reports, Chrishell – who was reportedly blindsided by Justin’s divorce filing – has filed her own response to his petition. While Justin had listed July 8th as the date of their separation, Chrishell is now saying that the date is actually November 22nd, which was the same day that Justin filed for divorce in a Los Angeles courtroom. If there is one thing that they agree on, both parties have listed the cliché ‘irreconcilable differences’ in their paperwork. They also haven’t spoken since the November 22nd filing.

If that weren’t enough, Chrishell is now requesting spousal support and has even gone one step further by asking that Justin’s ability to receive spousal support be terminated. Clearly, Chrishell is not playing any games and is trying to hit Justin Hartley where it hurts the most – in his pocketbook.
While neither Justin nor Chrishell have made any comments in public about their separation, sources have gone out of the woodwork to suggest that Justin’s focus is on his career while Chrishell was hoping to settle down and start a family soon. And while this separation has come as a surprise to a lot of their fans, insiders have hinted that the couple had been dealing with problems for a very long time now. Either way, the couple did a very good job of hiding whatever issues they had with behind the scenes from their fans. We always knew that soap stars were some of the best actors in the entertainment industry, right?
