‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) spoilers indicate that Jordan Ridgeway isn’t giving up on her plot to destroy Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) any time soon. Despite going away a while for numerous attempts of Ciara’s life—meant to be blamed on Ben—and kidnapping, she came out of Bayview more determined than ever. She tried a couple of times to convince Ciara Brady (Victoria Konefal) of his dangerous nature. When that failed, she tried to brainwash Ben with the idea he’s nothing but his father’s messed-up son. Still didn’t work. But her latest plot might be her dumbest. Here’s what you need to know.

In the Tuesday, October 29th episode, she is left reeling when Rafe Hernandez (Galen Galing) falls ill. She realizes that he must be a victim of a poisoning, although she doesn’t understand how. She’d carefully marked those cupcakes when she laced Ciara’s with what we learn today was Cyanide. But she handles is all wrong. She arouses JJ Deveraux (Casey Moss) and Rafe’s suspicions several times. One, when she tried to keep them from bringing Rafe to the hospital. Two, when she argued against the blood test to show what might have poisoned him. Today, she takes things even further.

She neglects to show even a moment of concern for David’s well-being, even though he was in the house eating those cupcakes with everyone else. You know, the only thing Rafe ate that day. She practically has to be talked into going back to the house to check on him. If she were innocent, that would be the first thing a mother would want to do if someone at her child’s party ended up falling seriously ill. But wait. There’s much more.

Her stupid goes to another level after the incident. When she calls Ben to check on Ciara, this is well after Rafe’s admission to the hospital. It’s also after she herself suggested poisoning and tests showed there was an issue. She neglects to mention these facts during her check-in, something that makes Ben and Ciara wonder what is going on. She just can’t do anything right.
As if JJ, Rafe, Ciara, and Ben weren’t enough, she’s got Will Horton (Chandler Massey) on her trail. After learning about Rafe while making a trick-or-treat stop at Ciara’s, he mentions Jordan yelling at Ari Horton (Harper and Sydnee Udell). Then he remembers Ari saying she’d switched the names on the cupcakes. Oops.

She knows she’s busted. Jordan could see that Rafe Hernandez was a bit suspicious, so what does she do? Run off and leave it at that? Nope. She completes a stupid trifecta by stopping by Ben and Ciara’s to finish her off. She is wasting time. Time that will surely leave her behind bars again. And we’ll be enjoying every second of it.
