‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) spoilers, or perhaps it’s just a rumor find that an unexpected pregnancy is on the cards for one (or maybe two) Salemites. This storyline is very hush-hush and the only thing that is ‘known’ is that it effects Dr. Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans) and Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) somehow.
Kayla being a doctor (who apparently has specialized in everything from neuro to cardio to gyno), means that any character on the canvas could be consulting her if they are pregnant, but that doesn’t really include Steve.

It would certainly be shocking if newly-re-wed Kayla were to become a mother again, especially if the Stefano embryo Dr. Rolf (William Utay) had tried to implant actually took in a test tube or another womb somewhere (Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) and Dr. Rolf do have a relationship of some sort! Just saying…)
Kayla and Steve do have three children of child-bearing age themselves. Could Stephanie Johnson (last seen as Shelley Hennig) come back to town in a ‘delicate condition’?
Did newly released from prison Joey Johnson (James Lastovic) make up for lost time and get really busy? Or, seeing as he is already in town is Tripp Dalton (Lucas Adams) going to become a (consensual) daddy for real?
Perhaps Steve and Kayla are simply red-herrings. There aren’t too many happy couples left in Salem since half of the cast departed, but then, a baby coming from a happy couple is never really fraught with the drama we all know and love.
Who would you like to see with child? New in town Chanel Dupree (Precious Way)? Happily remarried Belle Black (Martha Madison) and Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) or, and hear me out here- Shawn and Jan Spears (Heather Lindell)?
Jan is heading back to Salem soon…could she have somehow collected some Shawn baby juice last time she was in town and be incubating his offspring while in her coma?
