Gleb Savchenko seems to have gotten over his split with Elena Samodanova very quickly with the news that his purported flame Cassie Scerbo has already met his Kids Olivia, 10 and Zlata, 3.

But before fans get themselves into a pickle, it is currently “not too serious.” Nevertheless, the sparks are certainly there for all to see. An insider told Us Weekly: “They’re hanging out together and enjoying each other’s company for now. They’re more being super playful and flirtatious. Gleb’s trying to get back on a good page with his ex and be cordial with her.
“He’s trying to be cordial with Elena for his kids’ sake. That’s his focus right now.” It is great to see that Gleb is putting his kids first. And the same could be said of Elena who is determined to “make sure he’s in his kids’ life no matter what.” But what about his relationship with the mother of those children and why did the split occur?
Well, the pair had been married for 14 years before they called it quits last November and rumours of infidelity started to surface. This came after accusations that Gleb had been having an affair with his Dancing with the stars partner, Chrishell Stause.The impact of that was so profound as sources would suggest.
According to Us Weekly, it was the straw that broke the camel’s back: “Gleb and Elena had been having issues for a few months, and his relationship with [his Dancing With the Stars partner] Chrishell [Stause] was the catalyst to bringing those issues to the forefront and over the edge.
“Gleb is a very passionate person, handsome and always gets attention, and Elena can be insecure.” And in response, Gleb did not hold back by telling Entertainment Tonight: “We’ve had problems for years. “I was in a mentally abusive, jealous relationship.” And soon after that Gleb moved on as he was spotted on holiday with Cassie in Mexico.
And by all accounts, Elena got jealous about the whole thing. And yet, Elena was also spotted kissing fellow Dancing with the stars member Vlad Kvartin which was also in Mexico. It looks like the two were not made for each other then.
