Sharna Burgess has blasted her critics, who have suggested that her on-screen affection for her boyfriend Brian Austin Green has had an impact on how well they have been getting on with their performances on Dancing with the Stars.

The duo have been accused of having an unfair advantage on the show because, by being a couple, they have been able to have extra time in practice.
While that could work in their favour, some have suggested that it has hampered their dancing too. And yet, that did not stop her from showing just how much she cares for Brian.
In a post to her fans on Instagram, Sharna shared a series of pictures of herself dancing with Brian. The post was captioned by the following comments: “For those that say we kiss too much, here’s a full grab instead.
“But for real, though, we kissed once in the first show, that’s it. This isn’t a showmance, this is real-life love, and it’s a part of our journey. Every step. Every struggle. Every success.”
And in an attempt to downplay any claims that they have an advantage, Sharna admitted that by being a couple, things could get very intense. Naturally, any problems that they may go through are only going to be exacerbated given that they live together.
As such, there is no room to take some time out, which can work against you. She added: “And anyone that thinks it’s an advantage, I can assure you, it’s not. IT’S SUPER HARD.
“Coaching your boyfriend is hard, and having your girlfriend be the one to tell you all the shit you’re doing wrong is also hard. I am still trying to find balance.”
Nevertheless, she is proud of Brian for the work that he has been putting in. And Sharna is hoping that this will resonate with the public so that they appreciate their dancing as opposed to merely commenting on how well they get on as a couple.
Ultimately, that is what will decide whether they go on to win the competition or not. Time will tell how far they can go on.
