Sharna Burgess and Lindsay Arnold will not be joining the show as professional dancers on this season’s “Dancing With the Stars.”

The two women have recently given birth which is why the decision was not a shock. Sharna gave birth to her son, Zane, in June of this year. And given that this is the first child she has had, she admitted that she was not ready to get back to the dance floor even if her body was in good shape.
This is entirely understandable, but in any event, it was still a difficult decision for her. In a post to her fans on Instagram, she said: “I have made the really hard decision to not to do the season this year of ‘Dancing With the Stars.’
“There has been a list that was released saying that I would be a pro and I won’t be.” Much in the same way, Lindsay had also recently given birth. She welcomed the arrival of her daughter, Sage, with her husband Samuel Lightner Cusick.
And she felt she had no opportunity but to take a step back from the show since she wanted to do what was best for her daughter. Although that may have been the case, it was equally a difficult decision for her, just like it was for Sharna.
In the picture here, we can see Lindsay, her husband and daughter sitting in a field. They have massive smiles on their faces and could not be happier as a family.
The post was captioned by the following comments: “I wanted to let you all know that I have decided not to be a part of Dancing With the Stars this season.
“This has been one of the hardest decisions to make but ultimately I have chosen what I feel is best for myself and my family.” Hopefully, the pair will be able to rejoin the show at some point in the future. So there you have it folks. What did you think about this?
