‘Dancing with the Stars’ professional Artem Chigvintsev has opened up on how his relationship with Nikki Bella changed following their marriage.

The pair finally managed to commit themselves to each other when they walked down the aisle last month after having seen their wedding postponed on numerous occasions due to the pandemic.
While they had already been together for a while prior to the wedding, coupled with the fact that they did have a son together, it seems that marriage elevated their relationship to the next level.
In an interview with US Weekly, Artem said: “Because we’ve been together for quite some time, I [felt] like, ‘Hey, getting married’s not gonna change much. Just because … our days are still the same. [But] it actually does [change everything].”
One of the reasons why Artem felt things had changed was the fact that there were additional responsibilities. He now has to make sure that every decision he makes factors in the whole family unit, as there are legal consequences attached to being married.
Although that may have been a source of trepidation for some, Artem has taken it in his stride as he admitted he would not change things at all. His following comments confirmed as much: “It just gives you more of [a feeling of being] filled with responsibilities.
“[I] definitely think through a lot more than I used to, but it feels good. It feels good to be married.” Nevertheless, the fans on social media questioned the authenticity of the marriage.
A certain subset of people were of the view that it was not legally binding, which may explain why they have decided to air what had happened on television. One person wrote: “So ain’t nobody gonna tell Artem his marriage to Nikki wasn’t legal.
