ITV ‘Coronation Street’ Spoilers tease that Nina Lucas has quickly become a fans’ favourite on Coronation Street. Her witty comebacks to long-standing characters and her relationship with Roy Cropper has made her one of the best additions to the soap in a long time. But, there would seem to be trouble ahead for the gothic teenager.

Spoiler pictures have emerged of Nina being arrested following a huge protest in Weatherfield. Her hippy nature means that she is always looking out for doing what’s best for the environment. But, that could see her and other characters in the soap get themselves into a spot of bother over the coming weeks.

ITV ‘Coronation Street’ Spoilers: How Did Nina Manage To Get Arrested?

She is having a positive impact on all the characters in the soap, and that was evident a few weeks ago when she managed to persuade Toyah not to take a job with a company because of their negative reputation. Nina will be the ring-leader once again over the coming weeks, as she leads Mary, Toyah and Evelyn to a protest at Town Hall.

The protest will be centred around zero emissions, and it will be a cause that all four characters care about. Details surrounding why they have been arrested are still to be confirmed, but it is up to Leanne to track down Imran to ensure that they aren’t spending the night in a cell.

ITV ‘Coronation Street’ Spoilers: Could The Characters Be Spending The Night In Jail?

No details have been given at this time, with the scenes likely to air in a few weeks following the change in schedule due to the coronavirus. However, it is incredibly unlikely that the women will be spending the night in a cell.

The scenes could kick-start a new storyline for Roy and Nina, who have been growing closer with every passing week. Nina now works in Roy’s café, but nothing in the land of soap is ever easy, which means there could be trouble ahead. For any other soap opera and entertainment news, please visit Daily Soap Dish.
