Coronation Street Spoilers fans have been outraged over the past couple of months at how Geoff Metcalfe’s controlling behaviour over his wife has continued. Geoff now has access over all Yasmeen’s financial records and her social life. Viewers were stunned last week, when Alya found out that Geoff had been stealing money out of the restaurant.
Geoff made his intentions with Yasmeen clear, as he admitted that they should sell the restaurant and then move to Cyprus together. Alya is set to learn about his secret plan this week, and that will result in an ultimatum. Geoff will attempt to calm Yasmeen by admitting that Alya can stay whenever she likes.

Alya will be stunned by Geoff’s antics and then approach Yasmeen to beg her to leave. Alya will admit that Geoff has been controlling her for months and that everybody close to Yasmeen has become concerned for her. However, Yasmeen will play down her fears and admit that she is contemplating moving abroad with her husband.
Alya will begin packing a bag for Yasmeen telling her that she will need to leave with her so that she can be safe. But, just as soon as the bag is packed Geoff returns home. He will begin to question why she has a bag packed, before Alya admits that she knows that he has been controlling her.

The granddaughter doesn’t seem to have got through to Yasmeen however, as she admits that she wants to go to Cyprus with her husband. Alya will be stunned and leave with her tail between her legs. But, that won’t be the end of her investigation as she contacts the police.
However, she could have made matters worse for her grandmother, as Geoff is furious that she has been spending so much time with Alya. But, what will he do in order to get his way?
