Coronation Street spoilers have emerged with a brand new upcoming storyline for Gary Windass. The loan shark has been one of the villains on the soap since making the factory roof collapse and killing Rick Neelan. However, it would seem that Gary has stayed true to his promise to Maria Connor that he was staying away from the dodgy dealings and was staying legal.
Gary made the decision to go legal as he agreed to a deal with a fellow loan shark to giveaway his contacts in exchange for them hurting Dr Ali. However, there has been a blast from the past in recent episodes as Kelly Neelan has arrived back on the scene, and there is set to be a tense showdown between her and Gary next week.
Coronation Street Spoilers: Kelly And Gary To Grow Closer
The recent spoilers have shown that Gary and Kelly will have a heart to heart next week as Kelly opens up about her troubles. She admits that she fears that something terrible has happened to her father, as he has stopped paying the fees to her school. Kelly admits that is the reason why she is now at school in Weatherfield, as Rick was no longer paying for private school.
Kelly also admits that there are bigger problems within her family as her mother is in financial trouble after Rick stopped giving her money to support them. That revelation will leave Gary bemused as he has been paying for her school fees in secret. Could Kelly have a secret plan in mind as she looks to get closer to Gary and tear his life apart?

Gary and Kelly never saw eye to eye when she first arrived in Weatherfield looking for answers last year, but it would seem that they get along surprisingly well next week. Viewers have already predicted that she could have a plan in mind, which could see Gary having an affair with her.
That would certainly be a twisted plan by Kelly as she is still in school, and it would be incredibly unlikely that Gary would get himself wrapped up in that. However, he will feel sorry for her and will continue to help her out as much as he can, but will that be his downfall? Viewers will have to continue watching to find out.
