Coronation Street Spoilers finds that it hasn’t been the smoothest couple of months for Tim (Joe Duttine) and Sally Metcalfe (Sally Dynevor), as Tim has found out over recent months that he has actually been married to two women. He was unaware the marriages in Las Vegas are actually real, which means he has been guilty of bigamy.
Tim has been trying to fix the situation by getting closer to Charlie (Sian Reeves) to ensure that she will sign the divorce paper. But, his plan seems to have backfired, as she instead insisted that the two should work together and make their marriage work.
Coronation Street Spoilers: Sally Embarrassed In The Rovers
Tim is bewildered when Charlie makes that claim that they should stay together, as she has misread his signs. She is also blissfully unaware that Tim is actually married to Sally too and he was trying to get the divorce so that he could re-marry Sally. However, as customers in the Rovers begin to overhear that Tim is already married, Sally walks into the bar.
She is shocked to see the first wife in Weatherfield, as she didn’t know that Charlie was working in the Rovers. Tim is shocked that Sally is in the pub, and Charlie doesn’t make matters any better by saying hello to Sally because she thinks that she is Tim’s sister. Those in the pub begin making fun of Sally, so she leaves straight away.
Coronation Street Spoilers: Tim Tries To Save His Marriage
Tim chases after Sally, but she admits when they are outside the house that she can’t see a way that they can move past this. She acknowledged that it’s time that he started to take responsibility for his actions. It’s fair to say that Tim misinterpreted what she meant by that, as he marched straight to the police station to admit that he is married to two women.
Tim returns home to tell Sally that he is taking advantage of his mistake. She is shocked to hear of his revelation to the police, just as she was ready to forgive him. Later in the episode, we see Sally give Tim an empty bag, as she tells him that he needs to move out. Can the couple make another go of their marriage?
