ITV ‘Coronation Street’ spoilers reveal that fans were on the edge of their seat last night as the pressure began to get to Gary Windass. The whole episode was focused on the pressure getting to Gary, as he was doing his best to usher Brian Packham away from the forest where Rick Neelan’s body was buried. However, Brian refused to give up easily after Bernie Winter said that she saw Gary putting a shovel into his boot.
She told Brian that he should ignore Gary’s thoughts that they shouldn’t go and look for some old coins in the forest as it seemed to her that Gary had stolen his idea and was trying to find it for himself. However, neither of them really know the truth about why Gary was acting sheepishly.

The three of them clashed in the woods, which forced Brian and Bernie to return back to Weatherfield. However, upon Gary returning, they were quick to approach him about how selfish he was being in not letting them look for coins. Neither of them had any clue that he was secretly hiding a bigger secret than he was letting on.
Bernie admitted during the argument that they were going back to the woods to hunt, before Gary stole Brian’s metal detector and smashed into tiny pieces to hide his secret. Little did he know that Sarah Barlow was watching the whole thing. She immediately was interested in what they were arguing about as Adam Barlow had only earlier told her that he believes Gary killed Rick.

Bernie has a reputation for being outlandish, and she seems to have got one over on Gary as she revealed at the end of the episode that she had found something. She may think that it may be worth a lot of money, but in reality it is the cost of Gary’s freedom.
The episode ended as Bernie read the watch that said ‘To Rick, Love Laura’. It is the damning evidence that is needed to prove that Gary is guilty, but will Bernie reveal to anyone in Weatherfield that she has found something that could ensure Gary goes to jail? Or could Gary find out and take matters into his own hands?
