Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez have decided to end their two-year relationship. The now ex-couple called it quits after postponing their wedding not once, but twice in recent months.
There have also been reports indicating that Jennifer Lopez was none too happy over the reports that suggests A-Rod was allegedly texting and chatting with reality television star Madison LeCroy. Here’s what you need to know.
Neither Jennifer nor Alex have made any comments about their breakup yet, but the former MLB star did hint at their breakup on Instagram, when he posted a shot of himself alone on a yacht in Miami while staring at his cellphone. “Don’t mind me, just taking a sail-fie… What are your plans for the weekend?” he joked in the Friday post.

Even though Alex Rodriguez denied all of the claims made about him supposedly FaceTiming Madison, Jenifer still believes that these headlines are super embarrassing. However, Madison told Page Six that she and A. Rod have never met up even though there’s a chance that they did get flirty on social media.
While Alex is in Miami, Jennifer, meanwhile, is in the Dominican Republic getting ready to film her latest movie, Shotgun Wedding.
“He’s now in Miami getting ready for baseball season, and she’s filming her movie in the Dominican Republic,” a source told Page Six.
While no one knows exactly what happened behind closed doors, the last time Jennifer mentioned their wedding plans was late last year, when she was that they had to be postponed again because of Covid-19.
“We had to cancel the wedding … because of COVID, because of the quarantine,” Jennifer Lopez said in December. “And we actually did it twice, which people don’t know.”
