NBC’s ‘To Catch A Predator’ series in the mid-2000s’ was a huge hit for the television station. Hosted by Chris Hansen, he would partner with Perverted Justice, an online watchdog group, and soon after police were involved as well.
Potential predators who believed they were meeting up with teenage boys and girls would instead be confronted by Hansen, who would interview them and try to understand the mind behind their actions. After which, they would be arrested and charged.
The show went off the air only to revived shortly with “Hansen vs. Predator”. Hansen now returns on YouTube and has three new episodes to confront potential predators.

Chris Hansen Returns To Busting Pedophiles In ‘Have A Seat With Chris Hansen’
Each episode has 100’s of thousands of views and showcases a new gray-haired Hansen as he confronts new predators in a motel in Michigan. The first episode premiered on October 29th, 2020 and most recently earlier this month.
The new series has fans of the original series wanting more. Having Chris Hansen walk out from behind a door and confront these people is reassuring to a lot of people. Knowing that these predators are getting caught and charged brings peace of mind.
