CBS ‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that we need to keep everything fresh! While the quarantine for COVID-19 is going on, we won’t be getting any new episodes of ‘The Young and the Restless’, however, that doesn’t mean we’ve forgotten about all our friends in Genoa City!
Yes, I included Theo Vanderway (Tyler Johnson) in my list of friends! Last we saw Theo, he was competing against Kyle Abbott (Micheal Mealor) and his harpy, Summer Newman (Hunter King) in a rebranding campaign for Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman). Unfortunately for Theo, he sprung a trap set by Summer and Kyle, and ended up presenting Jack’s own ideas from 15 years earlier. I’m not defending Theo for trying to cheat, but I think they did him dirty when Kyle fired him.

CBS ‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Will Theo Vanderway Stay In Genoa City After Being Fired?
At first, I was thinking that Theo would use this opportunity to run off to Miami or something, maybe meet up with Lola Rosales (Sasha Calle). I still would like him too. They actually seemed to have a good thing beginning when Lola had to make a quick trip to Miami. However, I’m not sure this is going to be in the cards for Theo, as he had overheard Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) talking about their social media management. What a handy thing to overhear! That’s what Theo’s specialty is!
It looks like Theo will end up staying in Genoa City, assuming he wiggles his way into the job. However, it may be difficult for him to explain to Billy and Lily about why he was fired from Jabot. Is he going to construct a lie or tell them the truth about his feud with Kyle? It’ll be interesting to see, but I hope Lola comes back soon. Theo could really use someone in his corner.
