CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers indicate that Sharon Newman’s (Sharon Case) heart is going to lead her back to the one person who has always been a rock in her life. Of course, we are talking about the one and only Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow). Even though the beautiful blonde is in a committed relationship with Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso), it appears as though the trust just isn’t there with Rey in the same way it is with Nick. One of the reasons why Nick and Sharon have always had a good and solid connection is because they’ve done a good job of make sure that they are friends who respect one another for the sake of their daughter, Faith Newman. And while they have certainly gone through many ups and downs over the years, their priority to co-parent as a team hasn’t changed.

Of course, these are emotional times for Sharon right now. She doesn’t know what’s next in her life, as she’s fighting one of the biggest battles she’s ever had to fight in her life with her breast cancer. And while Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) has proven to her that he is committed and that he wants to fight this alongside with her, Sharon just isn’t feeling it. Instead, she wants the protection and safety of someone else much more familiar in her life, and that would be her baby daddy, Nick Newman.
So, does this mean that Sharon will end up breaking things off with Rey in order to be with Nick again? Maybe. If there’s one thing that we have learned about Nick Newman over the years, it’s that he can never say no or resist the temptation to be with one of his beautiful exes. Do you agree?
