The gala will celebrate 50 years of special guests and Meg will return as Victor’s (Eric Braeden), ex-wife, Julia Martin.

For those of you who may not know Meg or her character, Julia Martin, we some a few fun facts for you. Meg Bennett, (Julia Martin), is 71 years old. She has amazing beauty, and no one would have ever guessed her age. Meg was born in Pasadena; California and she had a very easy life. She went to college and majored in drama at Northwestern. Meg’s career was blossoming and one day, she was bothered by hepatitis. This caused her to lose a lot of weight. She weighed 95 pounds at one point. When she was getting better, someone from the Young and the Restless, asked her to audition. She auditioned, got the job, and fit in very well on the set of Y&R. Julia’s character was a very delicate character when she first appeared, however, over the years, she grew into a strong and mature woman.

Meg Bennett is really happy about coming back to the show and we cannot wait to see her on Y & R. Keep your eyes open for Meg Bennett on the Young and the Restless weekdays on CBS.
