CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers reveal that Jeremy Stark (James Hyde) and Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) had better watch their p’s and q’s. The police know that Jeremy has caused trouble and are watching his moves in Genoa City. They also suspect that Jack and Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) had something to do with the theft of Nikki Newman’s (Melody Thomas Scott) necklace. Everyone had better keep their noses clean.

Jeremy Stark has a score to settle. He is angry that he was set-up and that stolen goods were planted on him. The villain knows that he is innocent, and he is going to make Jack and Diane pay. He may have to take his time and wait awhile, but Stark is good at that. He knows how to mess with their minds, and he will make sure that he tortures them along the way.
Stark is also interested in drumming up an accomplice. He has been talking to Phyllis Summer (Michelle Stafford) and playing into her hatred for Diane. He is pressing for her help and support to exact his revenge on the couple.

Having Jeremy Stark back in town has thrown Jack and Diane for a loop. Diane is getting stressed and anxious, and this will have a negative impact on their relationship. She received a book in the mail which had no sender. It is about jewelry, which has the “I know what you did” connotation.
She is shaken because she knows that Jeremy will succeed at getting in her head. Jack sees her distress and wants to take action to help. What he tried the first time wasn’t successful, so he has alluded to doing whatever it takes to getting rid of Stark for good. This suggests something serious and terrible.
Both Jeremy and Jack have a conversation with Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) who issues them warnings. He tells them that they are all under observation. He warns Jack and Diane to report any harassment to the police right away. Chancellor warns them not to take matters into their own hands but let the police deal with Stark.
