Nothing like a new week to get CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers excited about what’s to come, and this episode will hold a couple of clues.

We’re going to continue with the character building episodes and this one is going to have a couple of fun moments in it we’re sure will prove entertaining if for nothing else than seeing pie in someone’s face.

    Let’s dive in!

CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For January 28: Continuing with the manipulation

It looks like Project Jettison Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) is still a go as Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will continue working with Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) to oust Adam from Jabot.

Even better is Kyle thinks he’s smarter than Victor and he’s ignoring the wisdom from Summer Newman (Alison Lanier) not to get involved in this.

His fall should be an epic one when it comes, and it’ll rock more than a few of Kyle’s relationships. The only one not upset with him after this will be his mom, and that’ll be a maybe.

In the end, he’ll stand alone since Victor will get what he wants and won’t need him anymore.

But there is another possibility, and that’s Adam could figure it out. He’s already way ahead of Kyle and Summer in knowing Victor’s tactics, so he could be planning his own counter strike or insulating himself.

CBS “The Young and the Restless” Spoilers are looking forward to seeing if Adam will prove his worth by turning the table on Kyle and Victor, or will he bank on Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) seeing the truth of the situation and sort it out?

CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For January 28: Elena doesn’t trust Nate

It looks like Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) isn’t sold on Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) being faithful or changed, or both.

We suspect she’s going to do some spying on him to gauge whether he’s cheating on her with Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver).

Given how easy he’s blown off a couple of their dates to keep working with Audra or Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle), it’s understandable for her to suspect something is going on.

But instead of cheating on her, she could be checking to see if he’s truly changed like he said he was since he’s spending more time working than not and their schedules are so out of sync.

It feels like the writers could be building to Nate having to choose between Elena and his professional goals again, and since he’s not doing anything underhanded, we doubt he’ll walk away from Newman Enterprises if it comes to a head.

Will Nate and Elena remain a couple for much longer? Let us know below and check back with CBS “The Young and the Restless” Spoilers for the latest updates, spoilers, and speculation around.
