CBS ‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) didn’t get the news she was hoping for from her doctor. Instead, she found out her cancer wasn’t shrinking as much as she thought and now has to go back to discuss her options moving forward. She came home to Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) and put on an Emmy-worthy performance.
As moving as it was and how concerned we are for Sharon, there’s more that lurks in our minds. How will the rest of her family take the news? Faith Newman (Alyvia Alyn Lind), Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow), along with Rey are all in this together with Sharon. How will her children take it and what will Nick say?
CBS ‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: How Will Faith, Mariah And Nick React To Sharon’s News?
Faith and Mariah I think are likely to cry and hug their mother. Their reactions seem pretty predictable and that’s not a bad thing. Faith left boarding school to be here, and Mariah left the tour early to be with Sharon, though I see a big group hug in the future. What’s interesting to me is how Nick will react. Though he’s not currently with Sharon, they have a lot of history together.
I can’t wait to see how Nick will be after hearing Sharon’s news. Could it cause an issue between him and Rey or will Nick continue to be respectful to their relationship? I’m kind of worried Nick could kind of go crazy after hearing this and try to get Sharon to come back to him. She’s doing just fine without him now, but you never know with Nick.
