CBS “The Young and the Restless” Spoilers are set for a fresh week and it looks like we’re start things off with some build up.
There are a few fun things happening that could make life in Genoa City interesting in the coming days, and there’s a bit of intrigue that has us curious what’s really going on.
Let’s dig into some spoilers!
“The Young and the Restless” Spoilers: Victor makes his move
This has us curious since we severely doubt that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will remove Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) for Adam Newman (Mark Grossman), but he will promise Adam his own company to run.
Victor may sell Adam on the idea to run Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John)’s company and he’ll make a move to acquire it, but it won’t be as impressive a move as Victor will make it sound with Adam.
The problem here is Tucker has already offered to sell his company, so Victor’s aggressive move will be more along the lines of saving himself some money by buying the debts so he can pay less for the rest of the company.
It should be interesting to see if this will placate Adam of if he’ll feel like the extra offspring he’s usually treated as.
“The Young and the Restless” Spoilers: Devon lawyers up
With the legal fight he wanted coming up, Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) will seek out Christine Blair (Lauralee Bell) for her counsel.
It’ll be interesting to see what Cricket tells him and if she’ll represent him going forward since CBS “The Young and the Restless” Spoilers are thinking Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) will come back to represent Chancellor-Winters.
This will be a cool storyline as we expect all of Devon’s mistakes to come back to bite him in one way or another and spur his character into some growth that’s been nonexistent for a while now.
There’s plenty of directions for this storyline to go if the writers are taking it in that direction. But if they’re not, then Devon will win his case pretty easily off camera and we’ll miss all the drama we could be seeing.
One scene we’re looking forward to is, if we’re right, he and Amanda having a frank talk where he’ll ask why she’s doing this and try to mend the fence between them to get the edge.
We don’t think it’ll work, but it’ll be good to see if it happens.
