It may have been better to wait to start your new show after COVID-19 and everything that’s been going on, however, I guess once the big machine is running it’s hard to stop. At any rate, Drew Barrymore launched her new television show on CBS, aptly named, ‘The Drew Barrymore Show’.

For her first episode, she reunited with her friends and co-stars from ‘Charlie’s Angels’, kind of. After what was a long conversation telling jokes about filming, their friendship and more, it was revealed that Cameron Diaz wasn’t actually there at all, and she was greenscreened in! Take a look at the clip below and see the surprising reveal.

“Drew reunites with Charlie’s Angels co-stars and real-life besties, Cameron Diaz and Lucy Liu, to reminisce about their movies, discuss their 20-year-long friendship and to figure out who is receiving the lost video messages Drew keeps sending them.”

What did you think about Drew’s new show and do you think you’ll be tuning into to watch? She’s had guests since her launch like Reese Witherspoon and many more popular celebrities are coming to the show as well.

It does feel a bit like every other talk show out there, celebrities telling stories and what not, but this looks like it could be a touch different. Though the first few were a bit awkward with the greenscreen and wierd pauses for claps, it will improve.

What did you think? Did you enjoy the new show? Let us know in the comments below.
