Brooke and Taylor have been enemies for years. Only recently have they begun to put their differences aside and offer friendship to one another. They have even been talking about moving in together. Brooke and Taylor have been enemies for so long, that this is a strange position for them to be in. They often express shock and surprise that they can have such a good friendship.
But will this newfound friendship be put to the test? Both Brooke and Taylor have expressed that their first concern is their children and grandchildren. They want to make good decisions and be good role models for them. So, if there is tension between their children, how will that impact Brooke and Taylor? Will they find themselves on opposite sides of the battle?

Instead of choosing to live with his mother Hope Logan Spencer (Annika Noelle) and Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) or his father, Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson), Douglas chose his Aunt Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and her husband John ‘Finn’ Finnegan (Tanner Novlan). This has caused a great disturbance in the family.
Hope is distraught and Brooke is trying to console her. Brooke believes that Douglas should be with Hope and Liam. Thomas and Steffy are at odds about the situation. Thomas wants to be able to come and go as he chooses. He wants to see Douglas more often. Steffy and Finn feel that boundaries are necessary.
Thomas interprets this as them trying to control his life and his relationship with Douglas. Taylor is meanwhile attempting to mediate between them. She wants Thomas and Steffy to remember that they love one another.
This situation is putting two friends in opposite corners. Brooke supports Hope and believes it is best that Douglas live with her. Taylor supports her children and wants to see them work together to give Douglas the best possible life. Will this situation cause a rift between Brook and Taylor?
