CBS ‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ (B&B) spoilers finds that nothing like getting the week off to a fast start, and the show is here with the spoilery goodness to help kickstart things.
There are a few things being broadcasted big time that we can expect to be an issue moving forward, and this episode looks like it’s the lighting of that fuse.
First off, Thomas Forrester (Mathew Atkinson) shows concern for his sister, and urges Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) to take her pain medication. Nothing wrong there, right?
And then there’s the juicy storyline where Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) is struggling with Shauna Fulton’s (Denise Richards) news while Brook Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) plans a night to remember for her and Ridge.
Oh, with so much to play with where should we start?
CBS ‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ Spoilers For August 10: Steffy’s drug habit
We all know Steffy is in pain and it’s totally understandable. She’s recently been in a motorcycle accident and it’s going to take her time to heal.
Until then, she’s got her family trying to shove her pain medication down her throat (lovingly, of course) anytime she feels a twinge.
Ridge has been the worst offender, but now Thomas has taken up the charge as he hates to see his sister suffering so much.
It makes sense and is understandable as no one wants to see a loved one suffer at any point, but ‘Bold and the Beautiful’ feels there’s more and we’re calling it now.
Because of her pain and family pressure, Steffy’s going to find it easier to pop a pill as time goes on, and we think she’s going to develop a drug habit.
We’d love nothing more than for her to avoid that, this is a tried and true plot device that’s relevant to many in the real world and it could prove helpful to show this again and give some hope.
Will they go this route? Time will tell.
CBS ‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ Spoilers For August 10: Ridge’s special night
With Shauna’s news buzzing in Ridge’s mind, Brooke will work to give Ridge a night to remember.
We expect her to be as extravagant as possible, and it’ll only cause Ridge’s doubts to grow stronger.
He won’t want to hurt Brooke, but will he be able to stay with her knowing he’s married to Shauna?
Cue the duh-duh-duuuuuuuuh.
