CBS ‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ (B&B) spoilers finds that star Katherine Kelly Lang (Brooke Logan) recently showed fans what she is doing to keep safe and isolate while also getting as much fresh air as possible in between filming and staying at home. Sharing a photo of herself with her bike, the stunning blonde beauty captioned her post with, “I love cycling! What’s your favorite way to workout?” Here’s what she has to say!
Clearly, Katherine is doing everything to keep in shape while still adhering to all of the social distancing guidelines to make sure that she remains safe and healthy while taping ‘Bold and the Beautiful’. As many B&B fans can imagine, all it would take is for one cast member to test positive for the novel virus and to ultimately upend production for everyone.

Many of Katherine’s fans commented on her pic with, “Swimming in the ocean and riding waves on boogie board! Never too old to screech with joy riding the waves all the way to the sand! I miss the ocean! SC beaches are the best!” along with, “I’m a runner, a slow one but I get on the road and sweat all the way to the finish line. Cycling won’t work for me as I have a plate on my wrist and holding the horns strains my wrist so I gave up on cycling.” Another fan wrote, “My workout is to reach for the bag of trips and binge watch ‘Bold and the Beautiful’ reruns. Does that count? LOL. Love you KKL.”
Meanwhile, ‘Bold and the Beautiful’ announced that new episodes will begin airing on July 20th. The last new episode to hit the small screen was back in late April. We can’t wait to watch all of the crazy action, chaos, passion, chemistry, love and fighting and much more on our favorite daytime television soap. What about you?
