CBS ‘Bold and the Beautiful’ (B&B) spoilers tease that if there’s one person that Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) can count on right now, it’s definitely not Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks). Simply put, Sally is dealing with the biggest crisis that she’s ever had to deal with in her life. She has a mysterious illness and unfortunately, her health is getting worse by the day. Between worrying about her future and also fretting about Wyatt now back together again with Flo Fulton (Katrina Bowden), it’s just too much for Sally to deal with right now. Thankfully, she finds an unexpected ally in Katie Logan.

CBS ‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ Spoilers: Sally Faces An Uphill Battle – Thankful For Katie’s Support
Speaking to Soap Opera Digest in a new interview, Courtney Hope puts it this way, Katie injects herself into what’s going on by happenstance. She was at a low point and it was hard to cover it up. Sally really wants to be honest and talk to someone. She’s scared. Katie has been through so many medical things that there’s a trust there, of someone that understands the gravity of not feeling well and not knowing what it is. It’s been nice to have her there.”
With that said, ‘Bold and the Beautiful’ spoilers also say that Wyatt will do everything he can to help Sally during this uncertain time in her life, but she wants nothing to do with him. Instead, she wants to focus on herself and her future – if she still even has one.
