CBS ‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ (B&B) spoilers indicate that if there’s one thing that we’ve learned about this fictional town of Los Angeles it’s that there seem to be very few people in the medical field that one can trust! Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) is learning this the hard way after Dr. Penny Escobar (Monica Ruiz) knocks out Flo Fulton (Katrina Bowden) for snooping into her medical files. Flo did that because she wanted to try to find out the truth about Sally’s supposed illness. Here’s what you need to know.
Speaking to Soap Opera Digest in a new interview, actress Courtney Hope, who plays Sally Spectra on the hit CBS soap, puts it this way, “It honestly throw a whole wrench in her plans. Now, things have escalated to a criminal level and that worries and upsets Sally. She is getting more and more frustrated with Penny.”

Courtney added, “Penny agreed to do this scheme in the first place and now she is wanting to back out – and it is quiet annoying to Sally because she has her own things to worry about. This just adds another bit of uncertainty and stress to the already heightened situation.”
‘Bold and the Beautiful’ spoilers say that Sally will second guess her plan and wonder if the end game is even worth it. After all, her feelings for Wyatt have certainly changed and after all this ends, things will never be the same between them. Sure, Sally wants to be with Wyatt, but is their love really worth ‘fake’ dying for? And what’s more, is it really worth her dragging so many other people into this mess?
