As much as he wants to be with Katie because of the secure feeling she brings of having stability, peace, love and family, that’s all that seems to be there.

Bill kissed Brooke for a reason and that’s because he still cares for her and yes, he’s immensely attracted to her. You can’t just erase the kind of history they had in the past and forget it every happened, right?
