CBS ‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ (B&B) spoilers indicate that Sally Spectra might not have been technically dying on the hit CBS soap, but her makeup and her wardrobe certainly took a turn for the worst when she was trying to convince Wyatt Spencer that she was on her death bed. Here’s what you need to know.
Speaking to Soap Opera Digest in a new interview, actress Courtney Hope says it all came down to a whole lot of makeup magic behind the scenes in order to come up with Sally’s ‘new look’ so to speak. She told the publication, “We call it the sick look because I look very pale, but I think I actually look closer to my natural skin tone. It takes less time than the glam look. I am probably in the makeup chair for maybe 10-15 minutes, and the red around the eyes, that’s the shadow mixed with eyeliner that’s read.”

If that weren’t enough, the producers also made some changes in the way that Sally dresses. Gone are the figure-hugging, sexy dresses and looks, and in are the kind of clothes that you would normally lounge around in at home.
Courtney added, “They have actually continued to change my sweats, which made me laugh because I am like, ‘How many pairs of sweats does Sally own? I know that she has one pair of black pants and then a few cheetah prints more muted, but they still have the Spectra flair. I have been in sweats for quite a long time during this story, which because I never get to wear anything like this. It’s either super tight or super gaudy or super glammy or super leather, so it was nice to be comfortable for a bit.”
