Back when Caitlyn Jenner first transitioned, a lot of people championed her decision, but apparently somewhere along the way the rest of the LGBT community forgot to consult with Caitlyn when doing their own transitions because she seems to be under the impression that she is the only one allowed to go through said transition or, in the most recent case of the Dylan Mulvaney debacle, even talk about it on social media.
In case you’re unfamiliar, Dylan Mulvaney is a trans tiktok influencer who was recently invited to speak with president Biden about trans rights.
Caitlyn Jenner confuses and offends the entire trans community
Of course, instead of commenting on that interview as a whole and perhaps bringing something to the table as far as trans rights discussion goes, Caitlyn decided that she wasn’t trying to do that and decided to comment on one of Dylan’s other videos instead – a video about the fit of her clothing, in which Caitlyn implied that the way that Dylan went about things was ‘unnatural’.
Unless Caitlyn is privvy to some sort of all natural way to transition that doesn’t require medical intervention (in which case a lot of people would like to hear of it) then it just sounds more than a bit hypocritical of her to say that something that another trans person is doing is unnatural.
Especially considering that she and Dylan are seeing the same surgeon, so, we’re going to assume that whatever advice that Caitlyn is getting, Dylan is getting as well. Does this mean that Caitlyn ultimately doesn’t trust her doctor?
That begs the question.
It also begs the question of why Caitlyn even transitioned in the first place, because if she isn’t going to add anything to the conversation, and be a voice for good in the trans community, then, why is she even bothering to go through with such a transformation? Was it simply out of spite for former wife Kris Jenner? If so, that is a level of petty that not even triple Scorpios have achieved yet – and trust me, as a Scorpio, I would know.
So yeah, needless to say a lot of people are offended… but those of us who aren’t, are simply confused… what was the point of that anyway? Stay tuned!!!
