Someone give this girl the keys to the kingdom and let her be free so she can live her own life already. Of course, we are talking about Britney Spears, who has once again gone on the record to accuse her father of abuse in her conservatorship case. Here’ what you need to know.
The chart topper says that she wants her father Jamie Spears charged with conservatorship abuse. Spears addressed a court for the second time in less than a month and delivered more bombshell evidence.

While on the phone, Spears listed just a few of her grievances about her conservatorship. She told the court that her life has been so restricted that even her hair vitamins and her coffee had been taken away from her.
“Ma’am, that’s not abuse, that’s just f****** cruelty,” Ms Spears tearfully told Judge Brenda Penny. “Excuse my language but it’s the truth.”
Spears also got emotional when she said she would like to bring formal charges against her father Jover his role in the conservatorship. “I would like to charge my father with conservatorship abuse,” said Spears, speaking to the court by phone, breaking down in tears at times. “I want to press charges against my father today,” Spears said. “I want an investigation into my dad.”
If that weren’t enough, Spears said she felt that those in the conservatorship “were trying to kill me.”
“If this is not abuse, I don’t know what is,” the singer added. Spears called her conservatorship “f–king cruelty.” Spears told the court she was not willing to be evaluated to remove her father from the conservatorship, saying she has “serious abandonment issues.”
During her court hearing last month, Spears blamed her family for the worsened mental state due to the tight control they have over her conservatorship.
She said, “I would honestly like to sue my family, to be totally honest with you. I also would like to be able to share my story with the world, and what they did to me, instead of it being a hush-hush secret to benefit all of them. I want to be able to be heard on what they did to me by making me keep this in for so long. It is not good for my heart. I’ve been so angry, and I cry every day.”
