Britney Spears has sparked rumours that she may not be ready to walk away from music for good, despite recently hinting to the contrary.
Britney Spears Hints She Will Make A Return To Music Just Days After Hinting The Opposite
The musician is a pop icon ever since the release of ‘Hit me, baby, one more Time.’ But just as her pop career has produced a lot of success, it also came with the huge fame that had a detrimental impact on the singer’s health.
But after having taken some time away and found some happiness in the form of her boyfriend Sam Asghari, the motivation for Britney to make a comeback may not be there. And yet, she hinted that she might make a comeback.
In a post on her social media, she had a video of herself dressed up in a diamond dress. The post was captioned by the following comments: “The diamond, coming soon !!!!” Having said all that, this goes against her reservations expressed only very recently. In fact, she told her fans that she might walk away.
She said: “I have no idea. I’m having fun right now. I’m in a transition in my life, and I’m enjoying myself, so that’s it.” This is entirely understandable in light of what has been happening in Britney’s life. The conservatorship battle with her father, Jamie Spears, is bound to have taken a lot out of her.
There has always been speculation as to whether Britney is in the right frame of mind to handle her finances. Not only that, the recent release of her documentary entitled ‘Framing Britney’ backfired. Britney admitted how she regretted doing the project and expressed concerns that she may have driven a further wedge between herself and the family.
Such rumours of an exit from music are even more telling, when we look at some prior comments made by Britney’s son Jayden. In a prior Instagram post, he revealed how his mother reacted to the idea of singing again. He said: “I remember one time I asked her, I said, ‘Mom, what happened to your music? She was like, ‘I don’t know, honey. I think I might just quit it.”
