Britney Spears has brutally hit out at Jamie Lynn Spears in another verbal tirade on social media.
Britney Spears Does Not Hold Back On Attacking Her Sister Jamie Lynn Spears-‘You Are Scum’
The duo have been engaged in a back-and-forth ever since news broke that Jamie was going to be releasing a memoir entitled ‘Things I Should Have Said.’
While Jamie stressed that this was an attempt to get her side of the story across, the very fact of the matter is that Britney felt this was being used as a publicity stunt in order to generate extra talk around Jamie’s book.
Given that they are no longer on good terms, Britney did not hold back on the criticism that she had of her sister. In a post to her fans on Instagram, Britney said: “National best seller ????
“DUH …. the timing of your book was unbelievable Jamie Lynn … especially knowing the whole world had no clue what was really done to me !!!! My whole family including you is saying YOU DIDN’T KNOW …. Bulls–t !!!”
Clearly, Britney is not too happy at the timing of the release especially since it comes on the back end of her conservatorship victory against her father Jamie Spears.
And given that she has attempted to get her life back on track, the last thing that she needs is negative media scrutiny coming her way that could emerge as a result of this memoir’s release.
And by failing to take into account the damage that this could do to Britney, she admitted that Jamie was simply out to take advantage and make some quick money.
She added: “I wish the almighty, Lord would could come down and show this whole world that you’re lying and making money off of me !!!! You are scum, Jamie Lynn.”
These comments only go on to demonstrate that the two sisters are not going to be reconciling anytime soon. Neither side is backing down, and they will continue to defend their position until the end.
Sadly, this is not going to benefit anybody going forward, especially Britney who could do with all the support that she could get. So there you have it folks.
