    Prince Harry and Meghan Markle

British Royal News finds that there are several reports that indicate Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been spending the last several weeks in Canada, prompting speculation of a move. In fact, many media outlets have reported that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have been laying low in Toronto, spent Christmas on Vancouver Island and are now ringing in the new year in the country. This has a lot of royal fans asking the same question: are they looking to make the move to Canada? Here’s what you need to know.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have made it no secret that they have been struggling behind the scenes at Buckingham Palace so much so that they decided to move to Frogmore Cottage near Windsor Castle. Apparently, that wasn’t enough for them. After admitting that all of the media attacks and criticism have gotten to them, Harry and Meghan decided to take a six-week break from their public appearances and royal engagements. They headed to a place Meghan used to call her second home: Canada.

“As has been reported, Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are spending private time in Canada,” their spokesperson confirmed to media outlets right before Christmas. “The decision to base themselves in Canada reflects the importance of this Commonwealth country to them both. Whilst this emails confirms the country they are taking their family time in, for security reasons we will not be releasing any further details and request that their privacy is respected.”

And while there’s no doubt that Harry and Meghan will get right back to work after the new year, it’s their new location that has a lot of people guessing. While there’s no doubt that London will always be home for Prince Harry, it does appear as though the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have definitely found their happiness somewhere else. Do you agree?
