British Royal Family News find that Prince William has been left upset at Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s latest interview in which the latter accused his wife, Kate Middleton, of making her cry.
British Royal Family News: Prince William ‘Devastated’ After Kate Middleton Is Accused Of Making Meghan Cry
The incident got worse as Meghan revealed that she had been blamed for the incident, much to the horror of the public. The ordeal of it all, though, has been too much to bear for William. In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Royal expert Katie Nicholl stated just how shook up William has been. She said: “William is devastated by this interview.
“Don’t forget that the Duchess of Cambridge is being dragged into this whole saga, and William will hate that.” The interview has been particularly disappointing, given that William had made every effort to patch things up. These revelations, however, will no doubt further the gap between all parties achieving some peace.
Kate added: “I think that the idea that Kate’s being dragged into this will be upsetting for Kate, who behind the scenes has tried really hard to be a peacemaker between William and Harry. She has been deeply saddened by the brothers’ falling out. Don’t forget, she was incredibly close to Harry herself.”
It is too true to say, though, that Harry has lived under the shadow of William. William, for a start, married first and had children, as well as keeping the traditional Royal values at the forefront of his life. That was unlike Harry, however, who was known for being a playboy, party animal and of course, a soldier.
Katie continued: “Harry was born in a very different role than William — he was born the spare, William, the heir. William has always known what his duty and birthright has been. There are times certainly when William has struggled with his birthright, but to suggest that he’s trapped in the institution, I don’t think it’s true, and I don’t think it’s probably Harry’s place to say in any case.”
It will be interesting to see if Harry reaches out to William or whether Kate will realise that she needs to fix this before further revelations threaten to destroy the image of the Royals.
