British royal family news has been saddened to hear that the ground at Queen Elizabeth’s Balmoral Castle has been used as a public toilet during the period of lockdown. The regulations in the United Kingdom are beginning to ease from this Saturday, as many non-essential shops and pubs will re-open.

However, according to the latest reports that were shared on social media, the ground at Balmoral Castle have been used as a toilet as faeces and wipes were found on the grounds. It was revealed on social media that human waste has been seen around the grounds after the public toilets remain closed due to the measures that are currently in place.

British Royal Family News: Fans Disappointed With State Of Grounds

There have been many fans that have flocked to social media to show their disdain at the actions of people to do this on the grounds of the castle. One user on social media admitted that they were ‘disappointed’ to see the wipes that were lying around the grounds.

It wasn’t just on the grass around the estate either, as many have used the paths as a public bathroom. The fact that toilets weren’t opening at many of the public attractions was a way to put off potential visitors, as the British government tried to persuade people to stay in their local communities to minimise the risk of infection. However, it would appear as though the government measures have not been followed.

British Royal Family News: Castle Reveals Advice

The castle did acknowledge the problem, and reacted with post on social media. They urged visitors that needed to use the rest room to do so while respective the grounds. The post revealed those that needed to ‘pee’ should do so 30 metres away from the streams and lochs. Meanwhile, those that needed to ‘defecate’ should do so away from the paths and buildings.

The reaction from the castle was posted on Twitter on the 28th June alongside a picture that was taken on the site. In addition to this, the post also asked those that did ‘defecate’ that they should then bury it in a deep hole.
