British Royal Family News finds that Prince William has admitted his adulation for the 99-year-old war veteran that has put his time and effort into raising funds for the NHS. Captain Tom Moore has been working tirelessly over the past number of months on his one-man fund mission to assist the NHS to celebrate his upcoming 100th birthday.
So far, the legendary effort from the veteran has raised over £18 million. Moore originally planned to reach the £1,000 mark but all his hopes have been exceeded with support from some of the biggest celebrities in the United Kingdom. His charity effort sees him completing 100 laps of his garden before he celebrates the landmark occasion.

In total, there have been over 890,000 people to contribute, and there are already growing calls for Moore to be recognised for his efforts by being knighted. A petition has already received hundreds of thousands of signatures. Moore finished the charity effort on Thursday and hailed the total figure as a ‘fantastic’ achievement.
Speaking to the BBC, Prince William admitted that they have written to the veteran and have also contributed a figure towards his effort. The amount of money that the royal couple have donated hasn’t been disclosed, but William was full of praise for Moore, as he admitted that he is truly a ‘legend’.

William continued with his adulation for the veteran, as he admitted that his effort was ‘incredible’. He went on to admit that it was excellent to see so many people touched by his efforts and admitted that his story was a heartwarming one during these times of uncertainty. Boris Johnson also hailed his achievement and admitted that they are looking into ways to honour him.
Moore admitted that he would continue to walk around his garden as long as people continue to donate for the NHS charity. That total figure is likely to continue to rise as Moore admitted that he has a number of media engagements on Friday, which included talking to press around Europe, as well as in the United States and Argentina.
