“Without Meghan and Harry, there is going to be a phenomenal workload on Catherine and William,” says a source close to the royal household. “None of the older [generations] can do it all. The pressure is on the two of them.”

To make matters worse, there was a damning feature from Tatler Magazine that suggested Kate Middleton was struggling behind the scenes and even more after Prince Harry and Meghan Markle left London for a new life in Los Angeles. But insiders close to the palace say that’s not the case at all. In fact, the Duchess of Cambridge wants the world to know that she’s not struggling and instead, taking on all of her additional work head on – with or without the help or support from the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, who are apparently no longer in the royal fold.
Kate “certainly would resent someone saying that she is struggling,” says a close source. “I can understand why she would feel that is a total misrepresentation of the truth, because it really isn’t the case. If anything, she is relishing the role more than ever. And she will do it all to the best of her ability.”
Now that the royal family is coming out of quarantine and beginning to do more royal engagements and public appearances, royal fans can expect to see more of Kate Middleton in the coming weeks. She wants to prove to the world that she can handle her multiple titles – princess, royal wife, mother-of-three, and style icon – without having to worry or feel bitter about the fall out that stemmed from Megxit.
