‘Bold and the Beautiful’ (B&B) spoilers for June 6th, 2019 indicate that things are about to go south when Liam spots Thomas with Hope. Liam is only stepping aside out of what he feels will be beneficial for Hope, because he’s truly in love with her.

He wants nothing but the best for his soon to be former wife and is only willing to stand down because she insists that he does. It’s not because Liam wants their marriage to end, that’s for certain. He really wants Hope to stay and for them to work things out, no matter how long that takes. But Hope feels like he would come to resent her and her inability to have children eventually because he wanted a family so bad, and she is just not willing to take the chance. So anullment city, here we come.

He can’t help but notice the way Thomas is hanging around Hope and thinks that its just downright manipulative, which, it is. He feels Thomas is a self-serving creep who’s not in it for anything other than what he can get out of it.
He also knows that Hope, at least right now, is not in a headspace to be making any kind of decisions about being with anyone and even if she went through with it, this would not benefit any of the children, just Thomas.

That’s why Liam will let Thomas have it, concerning Hope. He calls him out on this obvious manipulation of Hope’s feelings and tells him that he sees through this charade and that this won’t benefit anyone but him.
Thomas, ever the smooth operator, tells him that Hope is only doing what she feels is necessary for the children and that if the adults in the situation end up happy by-proxy, then so be it. Who is he to stand in the way? He’ll actually encourage Liam to get back together with Steffy under the guise of being there for his girls, but we all know that Liam is right.
Liam speaks the truth in this situation. The only one who stands to benefit out of his and Hope’s annullment is Thomas. Liam and Steffy would probably be content to be co-parents to Kelly if baby Beth were still around. Will Thomas back off or will Liam choose violence? Stay tuned!
