‘Beyond the Gates’ Spoilers here and we’re ready to visit Fairmont Crest and share some fun spoilery goodies.
The episode for Tuesday, May 12 looks like it’s going to be a fun one as another layer of the plasma ring is peeled away.
Joey Armstrong (Jon Lindstrom) will switch gears from Martin Richardson (Brandon Claybon) and Vernon Dupree (Clifton Davis) to Smitty Smith (Mike Manning).
It was hinted that Joey is the true head of the plasma ring and he’s had Randy Parker (Maurice P. Kerry) following Smitty.
He’ll confront Smitty about why he’s sneaking around, and Smitty will learn Joey knows all.
Meanwhile, Naomi Hawthorne (Arielle Prepetit) will continue to show us she and Jacob Hawthorne (Jibre Hordges) are hopeless. Despite knowing the risks to Jacob, she grilled him for information.
Now, she’ll share it with Ashley Morgan (Jen Jacob). Naomi will want to protect her, but it could have the opposite effect.

‘Beyond the Gates’ Spoilers are curious what role Joey is playing with the plasma ring. There’s a chance that he’s not connected and just had Martin’s family followed for leverage.
He did tell Elon Hawthorne (Malachi Malik) he wasn’t involved in the ring, but that’s an easy enough lie to tell.
Honestly, we believe him. It also helps soaps hand out red herrings right and left. Whenever something’s obvious, we tend to ignore it.
So why does Joey want to talk with Smitty? We think to learn everything he can. After all, none of the Duprees or their extended family seem to self-aware or mindful of thiei surrounding.
‘Beyond the Gates’ Spoilers Tuesday, May 12: Naomi hits a new clueless low
We don’t blame Naomi for wanting to know everything and to protect those we care about.
However, we do blame her for being dumb enough to push for answers and then share them.
Her only saving grace is if Lia Whitmore (Cecelia Specht) doesn’t hear them. Not that we think Naomi will notice.
She’ll be too busy spilling everything Jacob told her about his and Smitty’s investigation.
We think she wants Ashley to feel better about Grayson Perez (Jordi Vilasuso), but it’ll backfire.
Lia will probably hear everything and try to have Grayson and Jacob taken out. At the very least, she’ll have Ashley and Naomi kidnapped and threatened.
