Tuesday, April 8 looks like it’s going to be an interesting episode as we’re going to get some new directions for characters.
Chelsea Hamilton (RhonniRose Mantilla)’s is set for one more fashion show before going into business with her cousin. To help, Dani Dupree (Karla Mosely) will be in the middle of planning the big event.
There’s a good chance this will go off without an issue with her family in attendance, but that could be why it’ll go wrong.
Speaking of going wrong, Smitty Smith (Mike Manning) is going to start on his first investigative writing job.
While it’s something that’s unrelated, Smitty could pick Chelsea’s mind to help him with his story, which happens to be about children being victims.
It’s a huge story in general with what’s happening in the real world, and we have a feeling it’ll be key in Martin Richardson (Brandon Claybon)’s secret coming out.

‘Beyond the Gates’ Spoilers expect this to be a great show for Dani and Chelsea. It’ll serve so many purposes from launching Chelsea and Kat Richardson (Colby Muhammad)’s new business to Dani’s.
Dani’s been trying to recapture her glory days through Chelsea, and this could be what she needs to find new footing.
If the show is a huge success, she could find her new niche as a planner and begin setting up her own series of fashion shows.
She has a unique view of the world of modeling, and teaming with Chelsea and Kat could make them all huge.
Assuming everything goes right, and not much has for Dani lately.
‘Beyond the Gates’ Spoilers for Tuesday, April 8: Smitty learns too much
It’s great to see Smitty going back to work and his first assignment in an awesome one. It’ll help bring awareness to the issue of child trafficking in the show and the real world.
To do that, we expect he’ll upset a few apple carts, and those people won’t take kindly to it.
This could lead to those people digging into Martin’s past and learning his secret.
After all, if Smitty ruined their lives they’ll want to do the same to him and his family. It’s definitely going to be an interesting angle if they go this route.
