Beyonce, for her part, happened to be alongside her husband Jay Z for the event at the Times Square Edition. During the course of the process, the event was largely positive as fans managed to get up close and personal with the singer.
But just as proceedings were being wrapped up, things started to get out of control. That required intervention to make sure that some of the attendees were kicked out. A source confirmed the following: “Beyoncé was very nice to everyone, having [conversations] and thanked everyone for attending.
“A few people got kicked out for being drunk and foolish. They didn’t know how to act.” But this was only just the start. It is alleged that there were also issues with fans trying to take secret footage of the star without her approval.
And this is something that the star has been very vocal about in the past when she had allegedly told the media to not publish any pictures from fans that they had gotten from Coachella 2018.
Instead, only images that had been approved of could get the nod. The source added: “[People were ejected] for recording videos Security put tape over the camera lens of people’s phone when they checked in.”
Despite the uproar that had been caused, people generally had positive words to say about the star. After all, she has managed to have a career that has lasted decades and made a huge impact along the way.
One person wrote: “Beyonce is fr a living legend it’s kind of amazing to watch her career in real time cause her name is a name that our grandchildren will know.”
