This news arrives on the back end of speculation that this was on the cards, when Jennifer was recently pictured with a ring on her finger. And this has now been put to bed with an official announcement coming from the singer on her fan website.
In the picture here, we can see that Jennifer has shared an image of her hand. On her finger, there is a huge, green diamond ring. As the footage emerges, Jennifer is heard saying the following: “You’re perfect.”
This news has been a long-time coming, especially since they have managed to navigate the differences that had plagued their relationship the first time around. Nevertheless, there should still be plenty of caution for the following reasons.
First of all, this is nothing new between the couple. They were previously engaged in 2004 before they called things off. And within the same year, Jennifer decided to move on with none other than Marc Anthony.
As such, it is not simple as stating that a wedding is inevitable. Secondly, the pair have also shown a tendency to have break-ups. After all, both of them have a long history of failed relationships.
Nevertheless, the fans on social media felt that things were different this time around. A significant proportion of fans were convinced that their relationship would last this time, especially since they were a lot older now.
And after having had children coupled with the fact that they know what it takes to go through serious break-ups, the pair were in a better position to stay together. One fan wrote: “I wish Ben & Jennifer all the best for now & the future & I send them oodles of love from the UK!”
