Wells Adams has given his thoughts on his friend Joe Amabile’s return to Bachelor in Paradise.

Joe, for his part, was part of the fifth season of the show in 2020, where he met Kendall Long. While the pair did enter a relationship and stay together after the conclusion of the show, things did get very bitter as they broke up. But returning to a place where Joe initially fell in love with someone is not going to be easy.
That is why Wells is a little apprehensive for Joe. In an interview with Us Weekly, Wells said: “I think my concern with Joe coming back on was..obviously, that place is near and dear to his heart in terms of his relationship with Kendall. And was he going to have some sort of PTSD?”
And Wells’ concerns could be validated as it seems Kendall will also make a return to the show. Naturally, seeing each other again knowing that things ended so badly is bound to get them irked. This was teased in a trailer of the show. In the clip, Joe is heard saying: “Why did you come here?,” to which Kendal replies: “Why did you come here?”
There are going to be some major talking points, and yet, Wells has backed Joe to find someone again. Nevertheless, fans have questioned whether Joe and Kendall will ever get back together again. This is because of the manner in which they broke up. Kendall admitted that she envisaged marrying Joe which is hard to ignore given the fact that their break-up was not too long ago.
In an appearance on her ‘Down to Date’ podcast, she remarked: “I did not see it coming. Every relationship has issues, but I feel like — with Joe and I — we were best friends…If anyone knows me, I’m not the person that plans my wedding, and I was literally doing that with Joe.”
The new season cannot come soon enough, and the encounter between the pair promises much. As for whether they will get back together, who knows. We will have to see how it all plays out.
